This year in the U.S., Random Acts of Kindness day falls on Thursday, February 17th. To celebrate and bring awareness, students will be able to engage in a Kindness Spirit Week, which will also help us spread the love around Valentine’s Day!
We will celebrate during the week of Monday, February 14th – Friday, February 18th.
As always, the daily themes are optional and students may participate as much or as little as they would like! Teachers will also provide activities to promote love and kindness during class as well.
| Monday February 14 | Love is Kind Let’s spread the love today!! Wear red, white, pink, or any other gear that will display love or kindness. Red, white, and pink are the traditional colors of Valentine’s Day |
| Tuesday February 15 | Crazy for Kindness We are crazy for kindness! Wear a crazy/wacky outfit! |
| Wednesday February 16 | Team Kindness We will show team kindness around our school community today! Wear your favorite team sports jersey, or your Rosemary Hills gear! |
| Thursday February 17 | Peace, Love, and Kindness Wear tie-dye or rainbow colors today. And be sure to perform as many random acts of kindness as possible! |
| Friday February 18 | Be Kind to Yourself Self-love and self-care are so important! We will relax and take care of our hearts, minds, and bodies in pajamas, comfy clothes, or anything you love to wear! |
