The Rosemary Hills Annual PTA Auction opens Monday, May 23rd at 9:00 am and closes Sunday, May 29th at 10:00 pm (online-only). Please check out what the auction has to offer and pre-register while you’re there!
Whether or not you find something you’re interested in bidding on when the auction opens, this year we’re asking families to “RAISE YOUR PADDLE” to support our teachers and staff. The PTA does its best to reimburse teachers for classroom materials and supplies that they would otherwise pay for out of their own pockets — but due to the difficulties in fundraising these past two years, our support has been extremely limited. Our goal is to never have to say no to a teacher’s reimbursement request — or to any supplies that directly benefit our children. Please “RAISE YOUR PADDLE” to help us achieve this goal (by clicking on the very first auction item and making a direct donation once the auction opens). Any amount will be sincerely appreciated.
The PTA has over two years worth of fundraising to make up for, and we’re desperately low on funds, so PLEASE think big, give big, and have fun bidding!
A huge thank you to all of our auction sponsors and donors!!
It’s not too late to donate auction items! Please email Rosanna Taormina at rtaormina@yahoo.com if you’d like to participate.
To make the auction a success, we are asking for donations of money (through sponsorships), goods, and services from our community families, businesses, and community leaders.
- Do you work for a business or know of a business that would be willing to donate sporting/concert tickets?
- Do you have season tickets to an area professional or college athletic team?
- Do you own or work for a small (or large!) business that would be willing to sponsor our auction or donate in-kind goods or services (e.g., a landscaping package, cooking classes, gift certificates, etc.)?
- Would you be willing to donate a week or weekend at your Airbnb or vacation home?
In addition to the above, RHES families can combine with other families in their class or neighborhood to put together a package/experience or themed basket — e.g., a Pokemon basket, wine basket, beach basket, arts/crafts basket, or anything else you can think of!
Any donation would be tax deductible, as the RHES PTA is a registered 501(c)(3) organization.
